Gwen's Elementary School put on a play this week ~"Doo Wop Wed Widing Hood."
It is the story of Little Red Riding Hood
set in the 1950's and lots of new twists!
Gwen was a part of the Chorus of Dollswho danced and sang and of course wore Poodle Skirts!
There was Little Red Riding Hood, but the Wolf was a little more like Elvis than a wolf.
And there were Red Riding Hood's Sisters~Large Green Riding Hood and Medium Purple Riding Hood.
And where would the fairy tale be without aWicked Queen and a Fairy Godmother
Gwen had a great time being a part of the productionand loved all the dancing and singing~
which she has continued to do everyday since the play ended.

Gwen did a great job in the play. I have to say that my expectations were kind of low for this play before I saw it, but it exceeded them for sure. It was very cute. I hope they do one next year so Annie can particpate. She was sad she couldn't this year.
What good pictures you took! You must have a great camera! That looks like a fun play! Gwen is growing up isn't she.
