I am in Denial!!!

This is the Gunter Family.
At our house we love the Gunter Family very much!
When we moved to Murray over 15 years ago,
the first person to welcome us to neighborhood
was Amber (who was much younger then.)
Amber became the permanent baby-sitter for our family.
She tolerated and took care of 5 boys!
She had passed her baby-sitting years when
Gwen came along, but she was darling with her too.

Then Amber grew up!
She found Walter and in just a few years
(and I mean just a few years)
she had her own family!

Amber's parents went on a mission
and for our family that was wonderful!
Amber and her family moved in across the street!
That meant built in "younger siblings" for Gwen
without having to go through pregnancy and labor for me!

It has been a wonderful arrangement for Gwen and I.
Then Walter had to ruin it all -- he graduated (which is okay)
But also got a job in Maryland!
Maryland is not in Murray!!!

That means that Amber and her family are moving!
In less than a week they will be gone!
I am in denial because it doesn't seem possible
to imagine life without the Gunters!
