Exercising

Exercising has never been my thing. . .
but I decided I needed to do better.
So I have been working with a personal trainer
and going to the gym nearly every day.
I don't know if it is making any difference,
but after 2-1/2 weeks I am still sore all over.

But I can find my tennis shoes!

Good for you! Let me know when you want to start running! I'll be your running partner. Also let me know when you want to go to lunch, so we can catch up after not having an event to plan together for close to a month now!
